Samsung Galaxy S8 spotted with Android 8.0 Oreo on Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy S8, flagship device of the company which was launched earlier this year. Galaxy S8 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. But now the phone is spotted with Android 8.0 Oreo on GeekBench. Which shows that the Oreo Update will be rolled out on Galaxy S8 very soon now.

For a Reminder, Samsung Galaxy S8 features a f/1.7 12MP Rear + 8MP Front Cameras with Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 Chipset, 64GB internal Storage Capacity and 4GB of RAM and 5.8″ AMOLED Infinity Display. Device is IP68 Waterproof to 4.9′ and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. It includes AKG by Harman-Tuned Earbuds.

Coming back to the story, Samsung might roll out Android Oreo update on Galaxy S8 in coming months. Moreover, Galaxy S8 Plus , Galaxy S8 Active, Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S7 Duo might get Android 8.0 Oreo update by the end of this year.
