Sony Revealed New Google TV Set-Top Box

Sony Revealed New Google TV at Bravia TV Event in Singapore. Made of a glossy material, the box doesn’t look all that special itself. We also can see record and DVR buttons, which may mean internal storage on the unit itself for video recording. Then there’s the 3D button, that may mean 3D is on-board the box itself. Flip the remote over and you have a 61-button keypad that looks pretty functional (and busy).
No word on pricing or availability but in order to be competitive with Boxee and Roku it shouldn’t be more than the $100 price point. Jump past the break for a few more images.
