Sony Xperia X Series Announced at MWC 2016

Sony didn’t reveal the Xperia Z6, but instead launched Xperia X Series which consists three new devices namely Xperia X, Xperia, XA, and Xperia X Performance.

Sony Xperia X. It is packed with a 5.0-inch screen having Full HD resolution powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650, 3GB RAM, 32/64GB or storage. It is embedded with a  microSD card slot for storage expansion, Dual SIM support. It is consists a huge sensor of 23MP camera (with 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS sensor, 5x Clear Image Zoom, and Predictive Hybrid AF), 13MP front-facing camera (with 22mm wide-angle F2.0 lens and a 1/3-inch sensor), and a 2620 mAh battery.

Sony Xperia X Performance. The display size is same as that of the Xperia x, it consists a 5.0-inch Full HD screen. It is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 whichis fueled with 3GB RAM and have 32/64GB variants or storage. There’s a microSD card slot for storage expansion, Dual SIM support, 23MP camera (with 1/2.3-inch Exmos RS sensor, 5x Clear Image Zoom, and Predictive Hybrid AF), 13MP front-facing camera (with 22mm wide angle F2.0 lens, 1/3-inch sensor), and a 2620 mAh battery.

Sony Xperia XA. It is bolted with a 5-inch HD screen, 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in storage, 13MP 1/3-inch Exmor RS sensor, 8MP front shooter, MediaTek MT6755 processor, and a 2300 mAh battery.

All the devices are going to be made available in four colors which include Rose Gold, Lime Gold, White, and Graphite Black. There are some accessories also that will be made available as the phone gets out for launching. Xperia X series is going to have different Style Covers which will be ready for the Xperia X, XA, and X Performance at that time.

Currently there’s no word on the pricing and availability, we have no idea yet but Sony will reveal these details in some upcoming days.
