Verizon Galaxy A20 and A10e starts getting Android 10 update

Verizon Galaxy A20 and A10e finally start getting an Android 10 update along with May 2020 security patch. The update comes with software version  PPR1.180610.011.A102USQS6ATC2 for Samsung Galaxy A10e and QP1A.190711.020.A205USQU5BTE6 for Galaxy A20. The update is also packed with some system optimizations.

On both the phones the update includes all the goodies of Android 10 i.e. Sound Amplifier, Smart Reply, Gesture Navigation, Live Transcribe, Focus Mode, Privacy controls, system-wide Dark theme, and more. Along with all these goodies, the update also includes the Android security patch for the month of May 2020.

The update is currently rolling out, and if you did not get the update notification, don’t panic it will be on your phone in some time. Moreover, you can check it manually by going through the Settings > About device > Software updates. And if you’re in roaming then you will not get the update notification, to get the update you have to connect to a WiFi network and for the update manually.

However, before start downloading the update make sure you’re on the stable WiFi network. Your phone should be charged up to 50% at least.
