A new Xiaomi Watch (WearOS based?) gets another certification

Xiaomi is tirelessly bringing new smart products including smartphones and smart wearables. With the recent Smart Band 8 and Xiaomi Watch S1 wearable launch, another wearable seems to be coming. Following the previous month’s appearance on EEC and TUV PLS Certification, the Xiaomi Watch M2235W1 has surfaced on NRRA Korea.

The listing doesn’t reveal much about the smartwatch but affirms its nearing launch. There’s hardly any information about the specification of the upcoming smartwatch, but we expect it the rumored Xiaomi’s WearOS smartwatch that is due for launch. However, it may take a few weeks or months for its official launch, but we expect some leaks and rumors soon.

As per reports, Xiaomi is working on WearOS-based Watch and will bundle all the Google Play services. It will be a full-fledged WearOS experience which is currently limited for Samsung, Amazfit, and some other brand smartwatches. Following the same naming scheme, it will follow the “Xiaomi Watch” name.

The smartwatch is expected to use the same Mi Fitness app for pairing purposes. It will be a good and well-measured move by Xiaomi if the WearOS Watch comes to reality.
