Huawei sub-brand Honor today announced its first 5G phone in Beijing, China. The company launches two variants of the phone Honor V30 and V30 PRO, both of them have 5G support. In the event, today Honor also announced the MagicBook 15, Honor Magic Watch 2, Honor Flypod 2 and Honor Hunter Gaming router along with its flagship 5G phones.
Both the phones Honor V30 5G and Honor V30 Pro 5G is powered with new Kirin 990 Soc. The kirin 990 Soc is packed with 5G support in itself. Both the variants come in two variants based on RAM and storage capacities, you can see the details below along with the price. Honor V30 and V30 Pro run on Magic UI 3.0 based on Android 10 out of the box.
Both the phones are packed with a triple camera setup at the back. Honor V30 is having 40MP main camera +8MP telephoto lens + 8MP wide-angle lens, whereas Honor V30 Pro is having 40MP main camera + 8MP telephoto lens + 12 wide-angle lens. The camera setup is powered by 5-axis electronic image stabilization.
On the front side, both the phones are packed with Dual-selfie punch-hole camera that consists of 32MP primary camera lens + 8MP telephoto lens.
