HTC One has finally announced by HTC at dual events in New York and London. Announcement came just before MWC 2013 by breaking all rumors which were leaked as HTC M7. Now we can officially say that Taiwan-based company announced its latest flagship Android phone – the HTC One. According to the company HTC One body is Crafted with a distinct zero-gap aluminium unibody.
In specs there are various new things that HTC has introduced today via HTC One like ultrapixel camera, its display and much more. In real words HTC One consists a 4.7-inch 1080p touchscreen with 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor fueled by 2 GB of RAM. It will be available in 32 GB and 64 GB internal space storage variant.
Finally rumors about Ultrapixel camera were true as HTC One is first ever smartphone bolted with HTC UltraPixel rear camera with 1080p video capture, 360 degree panorama, optical image stabilization and object removal. It also have wide-angle front facing shooter with 1080p video recording and optical image stabilization.
Coming to connectivity device supports 4G LTE connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n Wi-Fi. All above features will get power from 2300 mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with new HTC Sense UI. New version of HTC sense is packed with new features like HTC Sense voice and HTC Sense TV.
HTC Sense Voice: It will boost the call volume and quality in noisy environments so that conversations come through loud and clear.
HTC Sense TV: It can transforms the new HTC One into an interactive program guide and remote control for most TVs, set-top boxes and receivers.
Along with these new features, HTC has embedded new software features like HTC BlinkFeed, HTC Zoe and HTC BoomSound, that reinvent the mobile experience and set a new standard for smartphones.
HTC Blinkfeed: the home screen on the HTC One is now a grid of news or a newsfeed of your social media accounts and news accounts with all customization options.
HTC Zoe: It allows users to “shoot high-res photos that come to life in three-second snippets.
The HTC One will be available in the UK from all major carriers – O2, EE, Vodafone and Three. In Canada, the HTC One will come to all four major carriers – Rogers, Bell, Telus, and Virgin Mobile. In US, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Cincinnati Bell and Best Buy will get the charge for its sales. In all non-LTE markets where the device will sell, the HTC will be marketed as LTE-ready.
HTC One will be available globally through more than 185 mobile operators and major retailers in more than 80 regions and countries beginning in March. It will go on sale for $600 unlocked.
