LG X Power Lands At Boost, Sprint To Follow Soon

LG’s mid-range smartphone LG X Power has made its way to Boost Mobile and is now available for retail. The highlighting feature of the device is its huge 4100 mAh powerhouse which Sprint being the parent company of Boost Mobile claims will churn out 33 hours of talk time.

Interestingly, the X Power ha some major upgrades as compared to the global version. For starters, you have the MediaTek MT6735 chipset replaced by MT6755 a.k.a. Helio P10. Another major upgrade is the octa-core Cortex A-53 CPU clocked at 1.8 GHz from the previous quad-core CPU clocked at 1.3 GHz.

The specs list includes a 5.3 inch with a 720 p resolution, an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front selfie snapper, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB expandable on-board storage and LTE support. The operating system in Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The device is available for a price of $129.99 plus taxes. It will also begin retailing on Sprint from 23rd September where it will also be available with an installment plan.
