MIUI Product Manager teases shared clipboard feature

Xiaomi always listens to the users while crafting new features in the MIUI Operating System. Similarly, the Chinese smartphone maker is soon going to add a shared clipboard feature to the latest MIUI version. According to the official Weibo handle of Liu Ming, MIUI Product Manager, the new feature will need a proprietary software client on computer Side.

The new Xiaomi shared clipboard will allow the users to copy&paste the content need Xiaomi cloud service client on the other machine. The cross-platform capability of the clipboard is making it a shared clipboard. The users can easily paste the stuff copied on their Xiaomi smartphones.

The Xiaomi cloud service client will require the same Mi account that you have signed-in on the smartphone. It will be a boon for users who usually work on different devices. In the Wibo posy, Liu Ming doesn’t clear space about its launch on MIUI 11. Moreover, he added about the meeting that is being held at the XIaomi headquarters to finalize the MIUI 12 features.

Additionally, Xiaomi is currently rolling out MIUI 11 stable versions to various smartphones including Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Mi Mix 2S, Mi 8, Mi 8 Youth Edition, Mi 8SE, and various other devices. Various global and Chinese XIaomi smartphones are on the receiving end of MIUI 11.

The new Xiaomi Shared clipboard will be a hit if implemented in a well-defined way.
