Nokia has already announced its plans to comeback into the Smartphone market in the next year – 2017. Even devices like Nokia D1C and Nokia P1 Android powered devices has already been leaked. Today, we have got to see three new Nokia devices on Geekbench – Nokia Pixel, Ara and C2-00.
All these devices seems to be entry level devices consisting 1-1.5 GB of RAM.
Frst talking about Nokia Pixel, It packs Android 7.0.1 Nougat with the 1.19 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM8610) processor, along with Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The phone scored 404 points in the single-core test and 661 points in the multi-core test.
Nokia Ara, Geekbench says it packs with the same Snapdragon 200 processor. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Here the phone scored 400 points in single-core test and 664 points in the multi-core test.
Nokia C2-00 PureView, runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with 2.99GHz Intel Pentium G3220 single-core processor, along with 1.5GB of RAM. This handset scored 2523 points in the single-core test and 2428 points in the multi-core test.
Wait, WTF? Genymotion is an emulator (sort of Virtualbox wrapper), and G3220 is totally a desktop processor I have personally encountered!
Also, the Pixel and Ara entries are probably just jokes.
