Oppo has started releasing the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 beta program for several smartphones in different regions. There are a couple of more devices joining the list. The Oppo A53s 5G and Oppo Reno 4Z 5G are getting an early access beta program to test ColorOS 12.
The announcement was made through an official post on the Oppo community. According to the statement, the first batch of Android 12 based ColorOS 12 beta is available in India for the Oppo A53s 5G. Whereas, for the Oppo Reno 4Z 5G, the program is rolling out in Thailand as well as the Philippines.
Interested users can register themselves from March 15 – March 16 (Oppo A53s 5G) or March 16 – March 21 (Reno 4Z 5G). Although, apply soon to be an early applicant as the company is recruiting only 5,000 testers for the handsets in each region.
However, before registering, make sure that your respective smartphone operates the basic version. For Oppo A53s 5G, it is A.08/A.09, while for Reno 4Z 5G users, it’s C.52. Follow the below step for registration:
The beta software will reach out to the selected applicants within 3 working days. In case the OTA does not arrive on your device, wait for the next round of recruitment (if there’s any). In addition, the stable version is expected to roll out in a couple of months.
