Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 was launched in 2015 and Snapdragon 625 was launched in 2016. Although both the processors are from different series. Snapdragon 400 series is for entry-level smartphones and 600 series is for mid-level smartphones. But Today we will describe some of the main differences between Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 vs 625.

Although Snapdragon 625 is 8 months younger than SD 430. But still both the SOC’s are packed with most of the same features. Still, we tried to figure out some basic differences between both the processors. As Snapdragon 625 is the first 600 series processor to be manufactured on 14nm. Whereas SD 430 is made on a 28nm process.

Overall Snapdragon 625 has 30% more power than Snapdragon 430 in single core testing. And in multicore testing, SD 625 is twice more powerful than 430. Snapdragon 625 also has improved GPU which Andreno 506.
