Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro arrives in India with Snapdragon 636 SoC for Rs 13,999

Xiaomi has launched Redmi Note 6 in India for the starting price of Rs 13,999. The new device carries various new advancements in comparison with its predecessor, Redmi Note 5 Pro. The new device is launched today at an event in New Delhi. It brings in a dual camera setup with a large 6.26 inch IPS LCD full-screen panel with an aspect ratio of 19:9. Redmi Note 6 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 636 SoC and 4GB RAM. It is made available in two different storage and RAM variants.

In detail, the dual-SIM powered device runs on MIUI 10 aka Android 8.1 Oreo on board. It is paired with a Snapdragon 636 SoC and 4/6GB RAM variants. You can own it with a sole 64 GB internal storage option, though you can expand it via a hybrid SIM slot upto 256 GB via microSD card.

It carries various AI features, especially its dual camera which comprises of a 12-megapixel primary sensor + 5 mp secondary sensor on the rear side. It comes with AI scene recognition and much other useful features. On the front side, there’s a 20-megapixel primary sensor along with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. It also endeavors AI features such as AI beautify, etc.

There’s a 4000 mAh battery under the hood, which is reported to last upto a couple of days on a single charge. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is available in two different variants of 4/64 GB storage which is priced for Rs 13,999, but as an introductory offer, you can own it for Rs 12,999. If you want some more RAM, then it offers 6 GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage for the price of Rs 15,999 and right now you can get it for Rs 14,999 from Flipkart and Mi.com. It will go on sale at above-mentioned websites from tomorrow.
