CyanogenMod 7’s Future With New Device Support


According to CyanogenMod latest blog entry, CyanogenMod Community is continuing work on the Gingerbread-based CM7. The team has been working hard to identify and fix the issues reported to the bug tracker in initial 7.2 RC1. CyanogenMod 9, and a final release is coming “soon” according to the latest status update. In addition, New Device are added to CM7.2 support :

  • HTC Status (chacha)
  • HTC Wildfire S (marvel)
  • LG Optimus Chic (e720)
  • Motorola Photon (sunfire)
  • Samsung Galaxy 5 (i5500)
