Recently leaked photos of HTC M8 Ace gave us a vague idea of the upcoming smartphone, with its plastic body and round corners. The device, if priced lower than its predecessor  could prove to be a big competition for Samsung. We however could not get a look at the device’s front until now.
Popular phone leaker @evleaks has revealed some new photos, which show the front and the back of the device in good detail. The photos were made  available by TENAA (China’s telecommunications equipment certification center). The device looks anything but attractive, but these certification images never make the devices look good.
Something different about the HTC M8 Ace are the proportionately large front speakers as compared to those on the HTC One M8.  But then some good speakers never harm anybody, and they could prove to be a plus point and level out the phone’s bad looks provided HTC uses the BoomSound technology. This also suggests that the Ace could be a media-centered smartphone. We still have no news about the configuration or the pricing of the device.
