Huawei Honor 5X Lands in the U.S. for $199

Yesterday, Huawei launched Honor 5X along with Huawei Mate 8  at CES 2016. Honor 5X has a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

 

Huawei Honor 5X is powered by Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and you can expand it upto 128GB on microSD card. A 13MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and 28mm wide-angle lens is paired with a SmartImage 3.0 image processor and shoots 1080p video. The selfie camera on the front is wider, 22mm lens, with 5MP sensor and f/2.4 aperture.

The handset also comes with a 3000 mAh battery and it features Huawei’s EMUI 3.1 software which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The new Huawei Honor 5X will retail for $199.99 unlocked when it launches in the US, it will be available direct from Huawei and also from Amazon.
