LG reviled their all new Mid-Range Android Smartphone series at CES 2016 at the starting of the year. Earlier these smartphones are leaked on the LG Hungarian website through which we get the first look at the design and hardware of the device. But Now it is Officially LG K8 LTE and LG K5 are launched.
LG K8 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels)display and it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The company has revealed that the smartphone will be available in different RAM versions depending on the market – 1.5GB in EU and North America and 1GB of RAM in Latin America. It includes a 8 GB internal storage and a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The handset is backed by 2125mAh removable battery. LG K8 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of box.
Coming to connectivity LG K8 supports 4G LTE apart from Wi Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and Micro-USB. The handset measures 146×71.5×8.7mm and will be available in Gold, Indigo, and White colours.

LG K5 features a 5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display and it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage and it can be expandable through microSD card. It sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. It measures 145×71.6×8.9mm and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.1, and Micro-USB – and notably no 4G LTE connectivity. The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based LG K5 packs 1900mAh removable battery and will be available in Gold, Silver, and Titan colours.
Both models will be available in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, CIS and Latin America, with the K5 targeting Europe, CIS and Latin America. Pricing information will be revealed once the phones make their debut later this week.
