Moto Z and Moto Z Droid Android 7.0 Nougat Kernel Source Released


Motorola has finally released the source code of Android 7.0 Nougat for Moto Z and Moto Z Droid. From now on, users who don’t love Motorola’s stock like experience and want some extra stuff can expect custom ROMs.

Source Code of the Android 7.0 Nougat will allow developers to create custom ROMs for Moto Z and Moto Z Droid. The build is live at the github and developers can access the source code by hitting the source link below.

Motorola played on Z series rather than launching new device in X series. Firstly, they launched Moto Z Droid on Verizon in the US, later the Moto Z series in India and other countries. Moto Z series comes with Moto Mods. It allows to extend functionality of the devices by attaching it withe device.
