OnePlus has shown much diligence in embellishing its latest flagship, OnePlus 6 with different glossy colors. So far, the flagship was made available in three different color options; Midnight Black, Mirror Black, and Silk White. The former got released in India only just recently, tucking upgraded storage of 8/256GB combo. Now it seems, another OnePlus 6 avatar with new Red hue is lying on the OnePlus factory awaiting release. At least, that’s what the new teaser by OnePlus hints us.

OnePlus today posted a teaser via Twitter that apparently suggests an upcoming Red OnePus 6. As you can see, the tweet comprises of a short interval video with a written post featuring an Hex code: C61422. A simple Google search of the Hex code will yield you a result of RGB value (198,20,34). The Hex Code along with the hashtag #OnePlus6 are significant to confirm the device in the video is none other than the speedy OnePlus 6, but in red avatar.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus 6 Red has been leaked in the flesh by prominent leakster /leaks(SlashLeaks). If you are eager to have a glance at the OnePlus 6 in scorchy Red, behold the leaked images below.

Although the OnePlus 6 Red variant is confirmed previously in the above leak and now officially, it’s to be seen whether this special edition will make its way to every market or not. If you go by the strategy of OEMs, probably, the OnePlus Red is going to be limited to few select markets. We hope you’ve noticed that, its launch is supposedly to happen on ‘July 2’ as hinted by the climax of the teaser video.
