Folks at Phone Arena got some hand on some pictures of new HTC devices, name not known.
Reported Specs:

• 4.3 inch Super AMOLED device
• Android 4.0 and, 
• By extension, HTC Sense 4.0. 
• 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 
• 1GB of RAM
• 8 megapixel camera
• VGA front camera,
• 4G LTE and more

It has an interesting design but other than that it looks to be your ordinary high-end HTC phone.
