Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos Hits India

After some good sales and revenue generated by Samsung last year from India, Samsung is now prioritizing Indian market. As of today Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos has been launched in India with dual SIM capabilities. Its the first mid range phablet launched in Indian market.

At press event in Delhi Samsung introduced the Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos priced at a price of Rs 21,500 (~$420). You can now buy it from popular online stores like Flipkart, etc in India.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos GT-I9082 is powered by 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor with 1 GB of RAM. It consists  5″ TFT LCD display with a WVGA 480×800 resolution with 8MP rear camera that has Auto Focus and LED Flash (2 MP front). It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean straight out of the box and has Samsung TouchWiz UI. As mentioned above it has Dual SIM support along with 2,100 mAh battery, 162 grams and measures 143.5 x 76.9 x 9.6 mm.

The Galaxy Grand is quite a slim phone measuring in at 9.6mm thin. It also consists all connectivity options like Wi-Fi, sound, Bluetooth and more.

Yesterday Micromax also launched A116 Canvas HD smartphone which was priced at INR 15000 and is boosted with quad core processor.
