Samsung has just started rolling out Android 4.3 update for Galaxy S4 smartphone in UK. The unlocked and Vodafone GT-I9505 units seem to be the devices which will get the update firstly and the other carriers will follow later.
The update is of 640 mb in size and will get directly onto your phone. Also if you want to check the update for your device then just go to the destinations and check for the update if available. Settings << About Device << Software update.
The Update has the following new features out of a very long list of upgrades.
- Open GL 3.0 support
- Samsung Knox
- TRIM support
- Improved RAM management
- Improved display colour reproduction
- Better launcher
- New keyboard, new Samsung browser,
- Pre-installed Samsung Wallet
- New Reading Mode
- New Camera firmware, and UI tweaks
Like all other Samsung Android Updates the S4 will also get the Galaxy Gear support along with the features posted above.
