Samsung is rolling out update Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update to all Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 WiFi in United States. The update is about 313MB in size and its Over-The-Air update but you can also do it from Samsung Kies Software. But its only available for unlocked Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 WiFi.
