Samsung’s upcoming tablet, the Galaxy Tab S which will be released soon this year is widely being anticipated for.
It will sport an 8.4 inch display or a 10.5 inch display, as it will be available in 2 sizes. Both devices will feature a WQXGA AMOLED display with a resolution 2560 x 1600 pixels. AMOLED displays are well known for their low power consumption and high contrast. The device will also feature a fingerprint scanner. This new Samsung tablet is said to be powered by an octa core Exynos 5420 processor, which will be made up of core 1.9Ghz cores and four 1.3GHz cores. To power the device, a 3GB RAM with a 6 core Mali-T628 GPU will be present. A front facing 2.1MP camera for video calling and an 8MP camera on its back for all the photos and videos. The tablet will run on Android KitKat 4.4.2.
