Samsung has recently rolled out the KitKat 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 3 Neo in Korea. The update will take you to the firmware N750SKSU1BND3,  and brings in typical KitKat enhancements like faster user interface, full screen, wireless printing options, white status icons and much more.

At the moment the update is only rolling out in Korea and it would be made available for other regions too. So if your device is Korean,  you should be checking it manually in case it did not notify you automatically.
