Samsung Starts Rolling Out Security Updates to Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A3

Samsung is rolling out April Android Security Patch to its Galaxy A8 and March Security Patch for Galaxy A3 in Europe. The update brings the Galaxy A8 to firmware version “A800FXXU1APD1” and the Galaxy S3 to firmware version “XXU1BPC2”.

The Update Brings the several stability-related improvements. Currently, only unlocked and Vodafone variants in Europe are getting this update. If you haven’t received the update notification yet,You can check to see if the update is available for your device by going to Settings > About > Software update.
