Vivo Xshot Goes On Floors In China, Camera Looks Good

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo has officially launched its new device, the Vivo Xshot which had been in news for its camera-based features. The device will only be available in China for now, there is no news of an International debut.

As had been reported by rumors, the camera is the biggest feature of the smartphone with a 13MP f/1.8 camera unit from Sony with OIS, two-stage shutter button, dual-tone LED flash and 4K video capture. An 8MP camera on the front with an LED light on the front for all the selfie enthusiasts is an added feature, as the front LED has not been seen on many smartphones earlier.

The phone will be available in 2 versions, the superior version will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC, 3GB of RAM. 32GB of internal storage seems quite enough. The inferior model will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of onboard storage. The device dons a 5.2″ 1080p display and will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
