After working wonders for Xiaomi in its homeland China and a couple of other Asian nations, Xiaomi’s Mi-3 has finally arrived in India. The device is however not available in India as of now and will be available from July 15th.

Priced at $250, it’ll be very hard to guess that the device is company’s flagship but after you get to know what the device packs you’ll be surprised. The Mi-3 boasts of a 5″ IPS display screen that offers a resolution of 1980 X 1080. You’ll find a 13 MP shutter on its back with a flash while a 2 MP camera on the front is provided for all the selfie-enthusiasts. The device is powered by a 3,050 mAh powerhouse which seems enough to keep you going. Under the hood, you’ll find a Snapdragon 800 SoC along with¬†quad-core 2.3GHz CPU and Adreno 330 GPU. A 2 GB ram and 16 GB or storage memory is what the device brings to you. But here’s a spoiler, the 16 GB is all you’ll get for storing all your files as the memory is non-expandable. The device operates on Android 4.3 with MIUI 5. And finally something extra you’re getting than the Chinese variant of the Mi-3 – the Play Store and Google apps which were missed on the Chinese variant.

Today, Xiaomi has confirmed this via their facebook page.
