A long time ago in September 2017, Xiaomi has released its first smartphone in India with Dual-Cameras known as the Xiaomi Mi A1. The brand has made reputed sale figures with it and without a doubt. Xiaomi has launched this device under Android One program. Which ensures that the device will receive rapid updates compared to other devices. Xiaomi kept its promise by rolling out the Android 8.0 Oreo update timely. The device managed a position in the list of few devices running on Android Oreo. Now some new information is there according to which Xiaomi has rolled out a new Android 8.1.0 Oreo update for the Beta users. Being a beta it is currently in testing phase and once done it will be released officially.
We are expecting some positive changes to arrive with this update. Earlier an Android 8.1 Oreo build was leaked for the device, however, later it was confirmed as a fake one. This beta Android 8.1.0 Oreo is based on the latest June 2018 security patch instead of the May patch confirmed earlier. So if you are a Mi A1 user then soon you will gonna receive a new Android 8.1.0 Oreo update. Which will bring a couple of refinements including a new security patch.
