Google-Motorola Deal Gets Green Signal From China Regulators

As we know European and US departments already given clearance to Google-Motorola Deal and only clearance that was required was from China regulators, today China Regulators also given the green signal to the Google-Motorola Deal and its now fully cleared and is expected to all done by next weeks.

Google Inc. is buying the mobile phone maker for $12.5 billion and it was made in August last year. “Our stance since we agreed to acquire Motorola has not changed and we look forward to closing the deal,” Mountain View, California-based Google said in an e-mailed statement. Deal will give Google to Accesss Motorola’s 17,000 patents, 18 are Important to Android.
