Honor 7X Spotted on Geekbench and TENAA Listings

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has been launching good value for money smartphones since the beginning. The Honor 6X is one of the best entry level to budget smartphones available across the globe. It was first announced way back in 2016 and the time for the successor has just arrived i.e. Honor 7X.

Fresh leaks have emerged from TENAA listings and Geekbench. According to the leaked Geekbench screenshot, the phone will be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor clocked at 2.36Ghz . It will come with 64GB of internal storage and 4GB RAM. The storage can be further expandable upto 256GB via microSD card. It also has dual rear cameras like its predecessor but now comes with 16MP + 2MP combo. On the front, it has a 8MP snapper for selfies.

The phone will also feature 5.93 inches FHD 18:9 display similar to the recently announced Honor 9i. It will run on EMUI as usual based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The Honor 7X will be available in Black, Gold and Blue color variants. The dimension of the phone is 156.5 x 75.3 x 7.6 mm. Finally, the whole package will be backed by a 3,240 mAh battery.

The year 2017 witnessed the 18:9 display trend which was first introduced in the LG G6 at CES followed by several other flagships from Samsung and other OEMs . Now, the OEMs are bringing that feature to the budget smartphones. Comment your opinions on the freshly leaked Honor 7X below.
