Huawei Mate 10 is officially unveiled with 4 cameras, a 18:9 screen and a Kirin 659 processor

Huawei has unveiled Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche Design smartphones on Monday. The Mate 10 lite was not announced along with these phones. Today however, they made it official. Huawei is well known for its world class camera performance, whether it is a budget smartphone or a flagship device. Huawei never compromises on the camera performance. Here is how the Honor mate 10 looks:

Huawei Mate 10 Lite Specifications and Features

The Huawei Mate 10 Lite comes with 5.9-inch LCD panel and since it carries support for FHD+ resolution of 2,160 x 1,080 pixels. It produces an aspect ratio of 2:1 and the display has minimal amount of bezels. The smartphone features 156.2 x 75.2 x 7.5mm and weighs 164 grams.

At the top you get a dual camera setup with 13-megapixel camera and 2-megapixel depth sensing camera. On the rear side phone comes with Leica certified and dual-LED enabled dual camera setup featuring 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel camera. The fingerprint scanner is now moved to the rear side of the phone.

The processor here is incredibly fast considering the kirin processors with decent performance. The 16nm Kirin 659 chipset with 2.3 GHz of clock speed and ARM Mali-T830 MP2 graphics is present in Mate 10 Lite. Huawei Mate 10 Lite includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, microUSB 2.0, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and 3.5mm audio jack.

It comes with Nougat and EMUI 5.1 that is Huawei’s own UI. It has 4GB of RAM and has 64GB of ROM. It has an external storage slot for expanding memory via microSD card. A battery of 3,340mAh  enabled with fast charging powers the smartphone.

Pricing of Huawei Mate 10:

Mate 10 Lite comes in various color options like Prestige Gold and Graphite Black with a price of 349 euros in Europe. Its dual-SIM edition is expected in Aurora Blue color option. The Mate 10 Lite has been already been launched different names. It came as Maimang 6 in China and Nova 2i in Malaysia and Honor 9i in India.
