Kim Dotcom’s Mega has launched its Android App on the Play store. Earlier Kim Dotcom launched Mega – cloud service on January 19th. Now its official android app has landed and its unofficial third party app is already available from last two weeks.

Currently App is pretty basic, it is still an alpha version, but it is operational, and it is ultimately the most important thing. MegaManager’s features:

  • Stability (editor’s note: I couldn’t help but laugh).
  • Opening of files.
  • Upload of folders/files.
  • File/folder operations (Rename, Delete, Copy, Move, Create).
  • Contacts.
  • Trash.
  • Downloading of Mega.co.nz links opened in the browser.
  • Automatic upload of camera pictures.
  • Folder synchronization.
  • Transfer overview / history.
  • Account details.
  • Account creation.

According to developer there are Problems in performance and stability, although the app author promises features and fixes to come. So guys if you are running Android 3.0+ device and a measly free space of 247k.

Additionally, it offers 50 GB of Free Space and was launched on January 19th last month.
