OnePlus 5 officially launched with Snapdragon 835, 16MP+20MP Dual camera and more

OnePlus 5 is officially here with its high-end specs at affordable price. At a launch event, OnePlus announced its new flagship device with Snapdragon 835 on board and not ending 6GB and 8GB RAM on different variants.

OnePlus 5 has debuted with 2 different variants, one with 6GB RAM LPDDR4X and 64GB storage and other with 8GB RAM LPDDR4X and 128GB storage. This whole beautiful device packs 5.5 inch display that is embedded upto corners(lesser bezels) of the device.

OnePlus has added the same UFS 2.1 flash storage memory which is one of the fastest at this time.

The OnePlus 5 runs on the Oxygen OS user interface based on the Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) operating system. It packs Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 chipset and Octa-core (4×2.45 GHz Kryo & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo) processor. It sports Adreno 540 GPU. The phone has 6 GB/8 GB of RAM. It packs a 64 GB /128 GB of internal memory that can not be expandable.

This phone is perfect for camera lovers as it comes with dual rear camera of 20MP and 16MP along with a front camera of 16MP. Company has said that they didn’t camera better than this before in any device.

There’s a dash charging as like of the OnePlus 3 and 3T. It can charge your device up to 58% in just 30 Minutes.

There are 2 models of the phone are available- 64GB with 6GB RAM costing $479 and 128GB with 8GB RAM costing $539. The 2 colors available are- midnight black and slate grey. Globally, it is going to be available from June 27th globally.
