OnePlus 5T is receiving the Oxygen OS 4.7.2 update weighing around 107 MB. The update is available Over-The-Air (OTA). Talking about the changes, then it packs improved fingerprint unlock, they have added optimisations for face unlock. As like of the OnePlus 5, they have improved the 4K EIS stability while recording the videos on OnePlus 5T. it seems that OnePlus is working hard and is already patching those bugs that were once discounted on OnePlus 5.
The update also packs KRACK vulnerability patch along with other stability improvements. It seems OnePlus has done a lot of work behind this update. The small sized update packs many optimisations and fixes for the device.
Talking about the OnePlus 5, it has already received the update as OxygenOS 4.5.14 for patching the KRACK vulnerability.
Additionally, OnePlus 5T packs Snapdragon 835 with 6GB and 8GB RAM variant. It packs improved camera than the OnePlus 5. It also hosts bezel less display for better viewing experience4.
