Xiaomi has been following a trend nowadays to launch the same device in India after its initial launch in China. In a similar move, Xiaomi has unveiled a new Astro White Variant of Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 Pro in India after its in China last month. The new variants will go on pre-orders from tomorrow midnight on Mi.com and India’s famous online retailer – Flipkart.
The new color variants carry the same features and other hardware specifications. Both the smartphones are now offered in four different colors – Ruby Red, Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and the all new Astro White. It is also expected to debut in teh European markets under the same name for the Redmi Note 7.
However, it’s a new marketing strategy from OEMs to engage user’s interest once again for any old device.

Additionally, Xiaomi is also looking to announce the new Redmi Note 8 in the coming few months. Redmi’s General manager, Lu Weibing has confirmed about its development. A new Xiaomi 5G phone has also appeared at the CNCA – China National Certification and Accreditation Administration.
