Certainly, the Galaxy S23 Ultra features a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S23 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. [January 31, 2024]: Samsung is rolling out a new update for its Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra smartphone in Canada, enhancing security and stability. This update, carrying the January 2024 Android security patch, addresses over 70 security issues. The update brings enhanced security measures and better system stability. Each device model receives a specific build number is Galaxy S23: S911WVLS2BWL7, Galaxy S23 Plus: S916WVLS2BWL7, Galaxy S23 Ultra: S918WVLS2BWL7.

[January 16, 2024]: Samsung is rolling out the January 2024 security patch to Galaxy S23. The new firmware version of Galaxy S23: S91xBXXS3BWL3.

[December 12, 2023]: Samsung is rolling out an update for their Galaxy S23 phone lineup in December 2023. This update addresses around 75 issues that were found in the previous software version dealing with security vulnerabilities. The Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra can now all download the update in India. It is firmware version S91xBXXS3BWKC.

[December 07, 2023]: The carrier-locked version of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra are getting the December 2023 security update in the US. The update comes bearing firmware version S91xUSQS2BWKA and includes the November 2023 security patch that fixes up to 75 security flaws.

[November 30, 2023]: The Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update is now available for the Galaxy S23 FE in India with firmware version S711BXXU1BWK9. The update includes the November 2023 security patch as well.

[November 16, 2023]: The Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra will get One UI 6.0 and Android 14. Galaxy S23 users in Canada will get the Android 14 update with One UI 6.0. Galaxy S23 lineup in Europe and Asia with the firmware build number S91*BXXS3BWK5. 

[November 14, 2023]: Samsung is ready with the US One UI 6 update for the Galaxy S23 series and the firmware was issued to European users and brings November security patch.

[November 02, 2023]: Samsung has released a new update for the Galaxy S23 FE and it is getting the latest, October 2023 security patch. The new update comes with the firmware build number S711BXXS1AWJ6.

[October 30, 2023]: The One UI 6 beta program for the Galaxy S23 went live. Galaxy S23 units running One UI 5.1 and Android 13. Non-beta users of the Galaxy S23 are also starting to receive the One UI 6 update in European countries. The firmware version is S918BXXU3BWJM/S918BOXM3BWJM/S918BXXU3BWJM.

[October 26, 2023]: Samsung has now released One UI 6 Beta 9 update for the Galaxy S23 series in the US. The update weighs around 430MB and brings software stability improvements as well as bug fixes. It also carries the October security patch.

[October 13, 2023]: Samsung has rolled out an October 2023 security update to the Galaxy S23 Ultra users. The update comes with the firmware version S918BXXS3AWIF/S918BOLE3AWGJ/S918BXXS3AWIF.
