Rumor: Samsung Galaxy Note Headed to Verizon as the Samsung Galaxy Journal

We’re not sure how believable this one is but rumor has it that href=”” rel=”homepage” target=”_blank” title=”Verizon Communications”>Verizon will be getting the href=”” rel=”homepage” target=”_blank” title=”Samsung Group”>Samsung Galaxy Note. Apparently it will be headed to store shelves as the Samsung Galaxy Journal. This comes just days after href=”” rel=”homepage” target=”_blank” title=”AT&T”>AT&T revealed that they will soon be carrying the device themselves.

The “Journal” name fits, of course, as the device is 5.3 inches and comes with a stylus for drawing and writing. As Samsung has not yet added LTE support for their dual core Exynos processors we’d expect Verizon’s version to come with Qualcomm’s 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon processor.

All of this is a rumor for now but we do expect carriers other than AT&T to carry the device here in the states.
