Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 gets the Wifi Alliance Certification


Samsung’s Budget segment Android Phone Galaxy Folder 2 gets certified by the WiFi Alliance. Galaxy Folder 2 might get launched globally very soon. Earlier, It is the Android Flip Phone which is launched in China only. Although, all of us are looking towards the 29th March Launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.

Coming back to the Samsung Galaxy Folder 2, It features a small 3.8 inch WVGA display. It is powered with 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor. The phone is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB Internal storage which can be expandable up to 128 GB via MicroSD card. It also have a decent 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera. The phone is backed up by the 1950mAh and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

Coming to connectivity options, Samsung Galaxy Folder 3 supports a single SIM (GSM) . Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
