As of now, the May 2020 Security update is carrying out for the Galaxy S21 Series in the German markets. The most recent update bears the firmware version G991BXXU3AUDA for the Galaxy S21, G996BXXU3AUDA for the Galaxy S21+, and lastly, the build number G998BXXU3AUDA for the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

As stated by the changelog, the update accompanies the latest May 2021 Security Patch, improvements, and enhancements. Reportedly, the company has not added any new features to the device.
