It’s common for an upcoming device to have a visit on multiple popular benchmarking sites ahead of the launch. One such device that have grabbed our attention is the Sony’s impending flagship, Sony Xperia XZ2. After appearing on GeekBench a couple of months ago, the purported Xperia XZ2 carrying model number H8266 has now surfaced on AnTuTu. Another popular benchmarking site similar to the Geekbench.

The device reffered as Sony H8266 in both of the benchmarking site, perhaps should be the Sony Xperia XZ2 itself. Interestingly, the data that’s available on AnTuTu regarding the device is same as the one we’ve obtained on Geekbench earlier. Also there revolves a strong speculation that Sony could unveil the beast at MWC event later this month as a tough competitor to the Galaxy S9/S9+. Hence, these benchmark results seems to be genuine and authentic.

As per the AnTuTu database, the Sony Xperia XZ2 could board the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform. Needless to mention, the Adreno 630 GPU will be integrated inside the chipset. For effort-less multi-tasking the device houses 4GB of RAM, and 64GB ROM for permanent data storage. The device will be running Android Oreo 8.0 with Project Treble implementation.

Furthermore, the listing shows a display resolution of 2160*1080p. We can beleive that the Sony would’ve gone for the tall 18:9 aspect ratio on the device. In fact, as earlier mentioned these things are not new to us as the previous Geekbench result have spilled the same already. Well, more and exact info regarding the device will be revealed once the device is official.
