YouTube is changing as the internet is evolving, Alphabet Inc is doing all the major changes to set the need of audience. Music Streaming service, which is booming from last decade has set new goals for YouTube also. Despite of two failed attempts to cater the Music Streaming service, YouTube wants to hit the market with third attempt by bringing YouTube Music streaming service. This time they are preparing in a really good manner to gain momentum in the market.
As per the sources over at Bloomberg, YouTube Music streaming service is set to launch in the March 2018. YouTube want to compete with Spotify and Apple Music, which are top players in the Music Streaming world.
As per the sources, YouTube has already signed with Warner Music Group and is in talks with Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group. Merlin is also on the list and will soon sign a agreement for the services.
YouTube has already made live the audio-only streaming service Google Play Music in 2011. YouTube Music Key came along in 2014, giving subscribers ad-free music videos.
We think, this time YouTube is going to bring something really good on the board. Let’s wait and watch for march 2017.
