While Android O is expected to release in quite a few months, there are several devices which are yet to taste Android 7.0 Nougat. Today, AT&T’s LG Phoenix 2 has started receiving Android 7.0 Nougat. LG Phoenix 2 is a budget smartphone from LG that was released around same time last year. It seems that the phone is receiving Android 7.0 Nougat update as a part of its anniversary celebration.
The update comes with build version K37120A and brings various enhancements, optimizations and bug fixes to your device. The update is relatively sizable at 1.50GB and is being rolled Over-the-Air (OTA) to all AT&T LG Phoenix 2 devices, therefore, it may take few days to reach all the users.
In the meantime, you may check for the update manually by tapping Settings> General > About phone > Update Center.
Before you start downloading the update, we suggest that your device is plugged in or battery is charged up to 80 percent. Also, your device must be connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
I’m still not getting the update :/
