Samsung recently added two new 5G devices to its lineup in the Indian market. Both these devices are introduced in the ‘F’ and ‘M’ series, respectively. These smartphones are the Galaxy F42 5G and Galaxy M52 5G. The Galaxy F series is the budget and mid-range series from the brand, which is exclusive to Flipkart. At the same time, the M series is a similar series that is available online and offline. Samsung has launched these devices with excellent specifications. There are only a few differences between these devices, which are mainly in styling, chipset, and cameras.

Even though the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G and Galaxy M52 5G sport a similar size 1080p screen, there are differences in the tech. Apart from this, the size and refresh rate of the display differs. The Galaxy M52 5G features a 120Hz panel, while the Galaxy F42 5G sports a 90Hz panel. Even though the chipset of both devices varies, both of these come in a similar variant. That is, both devices come in 6/128GB and 8/128GB variants. The Galaxy F42 5G and Galaxy M52 5G also run on OneUi 3.1 based on Android 11 out of the box.
Further, the dimensions of the phones are similar, but there is a massive difference in the weight. Another similar thing is the primary rear camera. Both have a similar 64MP primary sensor.
