In case if you don’t know, the update arrives nearly an year after the previous version 26 hit the Google Play Store. Literally indicating how Google had halted the development and planned to shut the service way long before.
Well, the new chat history export can be accessed on the Settings>>Chat section. There you’ll be able to take backup of your chats as a CSV file format. It’s just a text form of file containing the chat history with the necessary details. While, the medias can be saved in the form of zip file. And that’s it nothing much to talk about the update.
