Google Testing Gmail In Your Personal Search Results

google testing gmail in your personal search results

Google is again experimenting with their search. Now they are experimenting to allow Gmail in your Personal Search Results. This experimenting will be first tested on 1 Million users. For instance, a search about Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 at Google’s search engine emails related to that game will show up in a right sidebar. It’s a natural extension to the search experience that attempts to be more personal to the user.

Google added that:

This trial is only accessible on https://www.google.com in English and for @gmail.com addresses (not available on Google Apps accounts). Due to limited capacity and initial setup, you will receive an email confirmation from Google when your account is ready, but note that we may not be able to activate the experiment for everyone.

Amit Singhai, Vice President said Google would consider integrating this with other email services. But not available for those who have signed up for Google Apps Due to limited capacity and initial setup. You can Sign up here for trial.
