The design of this new smartwatch from Huawei is somewhat similar to the Huawei Watch 2 Classic which was launched back in February at MWC 2017 . The full specifications are not available yet. But according to some reports it is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 as in Huawei Watch 2 Classic. Further, coupled with 768MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Then, it sports a circular 1.2 inches AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 390. It also might come with IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.

For connectivity, the Watch 2 Pro comes with Bluetooth, NFC, WiFi and eSIM with support for 2G/3G/4G as mentioned earlier. It also supports contactless payments via Huawei Pay, Alipay and WeChat pay. As the smartphone runs on Chinese Version of Android Wear, it does not come with Google Assistant which is a bummer for most users. It comes with another assistant powered by Baidu, China’s largest search giant.
