Mi Apps Store re-branded to GetApps: GetApps 10.0.0 brings major overhaul


Mi Apps Store is a Google Play Store alternative for Mi devices. Xiaomi pushes system app updates via Mi Apps and other third party apps as well can be availed from the Mi Apps. In Chinese Mi devices, the Mi Apps Store is a primary source of apps since the Google Play Store is banned over there. Interestingly, Xiaomi seems to have re-branded the store to GetApps. Also, a new updated version of GetApps is released with major overhaul.

The latest GetApps 10.0.0 comes with substantial changes. As per Mi Chinese forum, following changes have been introduced.


  • Whole new look with whole new details.
  • New home page, more personalized for you.
  • Click the get button & you’ll get the app.
  • Review page is now represented as today.
  • Tools — ME, all you need is here.
  • New logo.
  • Bug fixes

As you can see from the changelog, the GetApps wears a whole new UI and look. New homepage, and other minor changes here and there on buttons are in tow. The most visible change is on the logo itself, the re-branded Mi App Store is up with a brand new logo which is colorful to say the least.

Since the roll-out of GetApps 10 has just begun, it won’t be necessarily available on your device. If a new update is showing on your Mi Store Apps, download and install to experience the new GetApps. In case not available and you’re restless, you may download and sideload the APK from below.
