The stable Oreo update which is currently being rolled out to the owners of Moto Z in Brazil comes with build number – OPL27.76-51. Though Motorola took more time to deliver the new Android version than before, it is still Android 8.0 Oreo rather than 8.1. But, the update comes with the latest March 2018 security patch.

Android Oreo is the latest and sweetest release of the Operating System from Google. It brings a variety of new features such as notification channels, PIP (picture-in-picture) mode, adaptive icons, notification dots, new emojis, smart text selection, autofill, and others. As it is an OTA update, it might take time to hit every Moto Z devices across the world.

If you own a Moto Z and live inBrazil, then don’t worry as you will be the one of the first to receive the Android Oreo update. Just make sure to have enough battery and storage left on your phone before downloading the update. Also, you can check manually for the update from About Phone section which is present in the Settings.
