Oxygen OS 4.5.5 update now rolling out to OnePlus 5


The OnePlus 5 is latest flagship smartphone of OnePlus. It has launched a couple of weeks ago. Now it is again at the top in news with its new third software update. It is now receiving Oxygen OS 4.5.5 update weighing 59 MB in size.

The update comes in as software version Oxygen OS 4.5.5  and brings in a couple of improvements. The new update includes the improvements and bugs fixes:

  • Improvement for voice calling.
  • Less Battery optimises on video recording.
  • Good battery performance.
  • Vibration intensity when receiving call has been decreased.
  • Fixed WiFi signal consistently being displayed as a week.
  • Fixed certain apps not available to work under IPv6 network setting.

We suggest you to charge up your device upto 70% so that update can complete without any problem. We also suggest you tomswitch to
WiFi network before proceeding fo the update.

If you can’t wait for the update, you can manually check for the update by going to the Settings > About device > System update of your device.
